Established in 2003, Paul Pritchett, a builder by trade and professional property investor says;

“I started Portfolios to fill a real challenge I had with my own property portfolio, realising others were experiencing the same frustrations. I had a portfolio of many properties and was struggling to find anyone to help me personally.

If you want to succeed in Property its all about the funding, so being a Make it Happen guy I decided to further educate myself, get the formal qualifications and build a business to fill a void in the market.

The core focus of Portfolios is all about sharing my experience and knowledge of property with people, delivering finance portfolio strategies that work and adding tangible value to peoples lives.
